Ben Tripp has more than ten years’ experience litigating a wide range of cases in South Carolina courts. He has tried cases in circuit court, magistrate court, and administrative law court and has argued multiple cases in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of South Carolina. At Fenno Law, Mr. Tripp litigates a wide range of media, intellectual property, business and contractual law matters. He also handles trademark and corporate filing issues. Prior to joining Fenno Law, Mr. Tripp practiced civil defense at a statewide firm, litigating claims under personal injury, contract, landlord-tenant, insurance coverage, and business law. He has also worked in the litigation office for the South Carolina Department of Revenue, the Office of Appellate Defense for the South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense, and the Beaufort County Public Defender’s Office.
A native of Irmo, South Carolina, Mr. Tripp graduated from Duke University and the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and a member of the Moot Court Bar.
