Rob Darby is a senior associate at Fenno Law Firm, where he practices litigation, intellectual property, and technology law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Darby spent four years in California working at Irell & Manella, a high-stakes litigation firm, where he assisted clients through all stages of civil litigation – including on intellectual property, fraud, employment, and consumer protection matters. A native or Charleston, Mr. Darby has also spent four years working at Charleston Legal Access, a non-profit law firm where he provided legal representation in a variety of civil litigation matters to moderate and low-income clients. He has also worked at a private equity company and has a South Carolina real estate broker’s license.
Mr. Darby graduated from Clemson University magna cum laude with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and in the Top 15% of his class from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology.
